As part of its agreement with the City of North Charleston, the Noisette Company funded and produced the Noisette Preserve Master Plan, which was submitted in December 2005. The plan outlines a method for restoring Noisette Creek and its associated wetlands which comprise an area of close to 135 acres. The plan also identified $30 million in potential funding sources to carry out the plan. The Noisette Preserve restoration activities are being carried out by the Michaux Conservancy, acting as the
Preserve’s environmental steward on behalf of the City.
